TWIN WALL is the steel available today on the market, that introduces the maximum wear resistance. Our special characteristic is to use a chrome-carbide collar lining having an hardness in excess of 62 Rockwell (HRc) and insert of the rings with 68 HRc of hardness. The weight remain under 15.5 Kg.

Elbow with the inner wall thickness of 10 mm made of CCI and collars with CCI inserts. Hardness up to 68 HRC through out all the thickness.

Indicated for anypoint of high abrasion.

The CCI technology is a merge made with a chrome carbide alloy placed inside of a steel core that achieves higher hardness than the twin wall materials with a life up to three times higher than a standard one.
